Y999 is more than an online betting site — it's a trusted entertainment destination for millions of people across Bangladesh. Here's who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
As Bangladesh's online gaming market was gradually taking shape, most platforms were foreign — English interfaces, overseas payment methods, and no way to communicate in Bangla. y999 That was the reality they set out to change. In 2020, a small but experienced team launched y999 with a single goal in mind: to create a truly local online gaming experience, built for the people of Bangladesh.
Y999 started with just a few hundred games and limited payment options, yet quickly earned the trust of users across Bangladesh — for one simple reason: every decision we make puts Bangladeshi users first. Enabling deposits via bKash and Nagad, offering customer support in Bangla, building a mobile-friendly interface — these focused steps are what set y999 apart.
We believe gaming should be fun, safe, and accessible to everyone. Every service at y999 is built with these three core principles in mind.
— y999 Founding TeamToday, y999 offers more than four thousand games, over fifty game providers, more than two hundred Live Casino tables, and Sports Betting across more than thirty categories. But y999 is defined by more than numbers — it's defined by the quality of its service. Every transaction is secure, every game is certified, every payout is on time. That reliability is what has made y999 one of Bangladesh's most trusted online gaming destinations.
The y999 team operates with a full focus on Bangladesh. Across technology, gaming partnerships, and customer service, our professionals understand what Bangladeshi users actually need. Special offers during Eid, extra attention on cricket betting through the BPL season, dedicated gaming events on Pohela Boishakh — this level of local commitment is what sets y999 apart from just being a foreign platform with a Bangladeshi skin.
Security comes before everything else at y999. The entire platform is protected with SSL encryption, and every financial transaction passes through a multi-layer security system. Users' personal data is stored with the highest level of protection. y999 never shares any user information with third parties — that is a commitment we stand by.
Responsible gaming is a core part of y999's philosophy. Gaming is entertainment — we never lose sight of that, and we regularly remind our users of it too. Deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods — all of these tools are readily available on y999. If any user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, our support team is ready to help immediately.
Y999's technical infrastructure is built around the realities of internet connectivity in Bangladesh. Our games are optimized to run smoothly even on low-speed mobile data. From Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet to the upazila level, y999 strives to deliver a consistent experience across the country.
Y999 has big plans for the future — but growth isn't just about more games or more users. Our goal is to deliver a better, safer, and more enjoyable experience for every gamer in Bangladesh.
